Sign Permits

Requirements


A sign permit is required for permanent commercial and residential signage, as well as temporary signage, such as a real estate sign.


Fees


Sign Permit fees are as follows (fees are good for a maximum of 2 signs per permit):
  • $25 for attached/wall signage
  • $50 for monument or freestanding signs
Temporary signs are $15 per sign.
