The Planning Commission recently adopted an updated Comprehensive Plan in February 2017. This document is the product of extensive community input gathered over the last year.
The Comprehensive Plan is intended to be a guiding document for the future of the Town. It is utilized to guide future land uses as well as plan future phases of transportation and infrastructure systems.
All zoning changes and development applications are reviewed for consistency with the Comprehensive Plan to ensure the Town continues to develop in a manner the community desires.
