TOWN OF MONUMENT COVID-19 PROCESS FOR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED BY GOVERNOR POLIS' OFFICE
The Town of Monument continues to closely monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) and take steps to keep our community and staff safe. With this in mind the Planning Commission meetings will be following this process until further notice.
*Due to the Pandemic and the need to safely follow until further notice, the Planning Commissioners, project applicants and staff with a limit of 10 people will be attending in person. The public is welcome to attend via a WEBEX APPLICATION. At this time Public attendance will be limited to remote attendance with the following guidelines :
*Each Development Project will have information uploaded onto the Town website for public review, one week in advance on the Monument Documents on Demand.
Additionally, similar to the Board of Trustee meetings, the Town of Monument will use the remote public participation process below. (updated for each hearing date)

During this time the Town of Monument Planning Commission Meetings will be held as a HYBRID via Webex.

- Please follow this link no less than 30 minutes before the event to register in advance. Registering in advance will require some basic information: Name, Address and Email. Once registered you will be provided with additional information on how and when to connect. During the meeting you will be able to hear and see your Board of Trustee, staff and presenters. When the Mayor opens the floor to public comment, attendees will have the option to "raise their hands" digitally and, when called upon, provide comment via connected audio devices.
