As a courtesy to the citizens of Monument, the Police Department has established a policy allowing a limited number of persons to observe operations of the Police Department.
Interested riders must be at least 16 years of age to participate (with parent approval), a copy of the applicant's driver's license will be obtained at the time the application is submitted.
Applications can be emailed (along with ID) to the Records Department or dropped off in person to the Records Department at 645 Beacon Lite Rd, Monument, CO 80132 Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
