The Town of Monument is pleased to announce the completion of a new public space. The Waterwise Demonstration Garden is located adjacent to the 3rd Street Santa Fe Trailhead. This garden is an educational space and trial garden designed to showcase plants and design concepts that use less water than the traditional landscape. The Town of Monument is also using this space to trial lesser-known waterwise plant varieties in the hopes of expanding the current list of recommended waterwise plants. The garden is now open to the public, and additional signage and educational materials are coming soon. Please park at the 3rd Street Trailhead to visit this new park space.
