Park Use Guidelines

  • Park Use Guidelines Park hours are from 5am to 11pm 
  • Use park at your own risk 
  • No camping, overnight parking, or sleeping in parks 
  • Consumption of alcohol is not allowed in parks, except where allowed through the special events permitting process. No consumption of Marijuana or illegal drugs at any time. 
  • All pets must be on a leash 
  • Clean up after your pets 
  • Dispose of trash in the provided receptacles 
  • Reservations are required for events planned at park bandshell and pavilions or athletic fields. Events with more than 100 attendants require a Special Event Permit. Email events@tomgov.org to apply for a Special Event Permit. Go to https://www.townofmonument.org/Facilities to reserve a park facility
  • Businesses may not operate on public property, except by permit
  • Do not drive vehicles on the grass
