Park Use Guidelines
Park hours are from 5am to 11pm
Use park at your own risk
No camping, overnight parking, or sleeping in parks
Consumption of alcohol is not allowed in parks, except where allowed through the special events permitting process. No consumption of Marijuana or illegal drugs at any time.
All pets must be on a leash
Clean up after your pets
Dispose of trash in the provided receptacles
Reservations are required for events planned at park bandshell and pavilions or athletic fields. Events with more than 100 attendants require a Special Event Permit. Email events@tomgov.org to apply for a Special Event Permit. Go to https://www.townofmonument.org/Facilities to reserve a park facility
Businesses may not operate on public property, except by permit
